Job description:
We’re looking for a passionate Customer Service Coordinator to support our client's retail team and ensure a seamless delivery and returns experience.
In this role, you’ll manage customer inquiries (primarily via email), investigate and resolve issues such as delivery delays, sizing concerns, returns, and claims, and ensure all queries are handled within 24–48 hours. You’ll also support the Head of Retail with administrative and ad hoc tasks.
