We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Engineer to lead solution discovery, technical design, and implementation across multiple client engagements. This is a high-impact, client-facing role where you will translate complex business requirements into scalable, maintainable Salesforce solutions. You will operate with a high level of autonomy, guiding stakeholders through design sessions, managing rapid implementation projects, and ensuring best-practice implementations while leveraging your deep core platform expertise.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related technical field (or equivalent professional experience).
• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce solution design and delivery, preferably in a consulting or partner environment
• 5+ years of proven success in client-facing roles such as Technical Lead or Senior Consultant
• Proven experience delivering fixed-scope or rapid implementation projects within agile delivery models
• Strong track record of managing multiple concurrent projects with tight timelines
• Lead solution discovery and technical design architecture across multiple Salesforce clouds and client implementations
• Translate complex business requirements into scalable, maintainable, and efficient Salesforce solutions
• Guide discovery, lead design sessions, and facilitate stakeholder alignment from inception to successful project completion
• Deliver fixed-scope or rapid implementation projects, working collaboratively alongside internal project teams and external clients
• Mentor internal team members, contributing to technical standards, deployment best practices, and team growth
• Oversee go-live readiness, ensuring seamless deployments and system adoption
Strong experience in the following areas:
• Core Platform & Architecture: Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, data modeling, security, and sharing models
• Salesforce Clouds: Hands-on experience implementing Sales Cloud (strong emphasis) and Service Cloud
• Configuration & Automation: Advanced expertise in Lightning Experience configuration and standard automation tools (Flows, validation rules, approval processes)
• Integrations & Data: Experience supporting data imports, basic integration concepts (APIs, system connectivity), and deployment best practices
• Mandatory Certification: Active Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator certification
• Additional Certifications: Must hold 2-3 of the following: Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator II, Business Analyst, Platform App Builder, Sales Cloud Consultant, or Service Cloud Consultant
• Project experience implementing Revenue Cloud (CPQ) or Agentforce
• Previous experience working in a dedicated Salesforce consulting firm
• Advanced English proficiency
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to confidently present technical concepts to business stakeholders
• High adaptability to work across different disciplines, unfamiliar technologies, and diverse business processes
• Genuine passion for Salesforce solutions and fostering a collaborative team environment
