The Clinical Office Specialist role will focus on delivering comprehensive training on products, providing clinical support, and driving sales growth. The Clinical Office Specialist will be assigned a defined geographic territory; providing effective instruction regarding the company’s products, intraoral digital technology and/or related services, and introduction and communication of DDS Lab’s services to enhance the customers’ organization and contribute to sales growth. Provides clinical support at the office level and education offerings through technical hands-on assistance/training, and hosting educational programs as required. Prepare reports as required and record all activity in HubSpot. Focuses on sales growth by demonstrating the value of DDS Lab’s services and promoting benefits to increase usage among customers and potential customers. Position requires 80% travel (including some weekends).
