Role Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Functional QA Engineer with strong experience in Supply Chain applications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end QA ownership in an Agile/Scrum environment, ensuring high-quality delivery across functional, integration, and regression testing efforts. This role requires strong hands-on testing expertise along with the ability to collaborate closely with business stakeholders and product teams.
Key Responsibilities
Own QA activities for Supply Chain applications in a fast-paced Agile/Scrum environment
Design, write, and execute manual test cases including functional, regression, and integration testing
Create, manage, and maintain test data across multiple environments
Lead integration testing efforts and support production release activities
Act as the primary QA point of contact for Product Owners and stakeholders, providing regular status updates
Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, grooming, and retrospective meetings
Develop and maintain test automation scripts using Selenium with BDD/Gherkin framework
Contribute to automation strategy and support transition towards Playwright
Ensure test coverage and quality standards are met throughout the SDLC
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, track, and resolve defects
Required Skills & Qualifications
7–10 years of experience in Software QA, preferably in Supply Chain domain
Strong hands-on experience in manual testing and test case design
Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
Experience in testing enterprise applications (preferably Supply Chain or Pricing systems)
Hands-on experience with Selenium and BDD/Gherkin framework
Exposure to or experience with Playwright is highly desirable
Strong communication skills with ability to engage directly with business and technical stakeholders
Experience in QA Lead or Senior QA roles while remaining hands-on
Strong ownership mindset and ability to work independently
Nice to Have
Experience in transitioning automation frameworks (Selenium to Playwright)
