WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Client is looking for an experienced Salesforce Development Engineer to help our Commercial team be successful in the electric vehicle space. You must be able to thrive and succeed in a fast-paced startup environment and not be hindered by ambiguity or competing priorities. Your contributions will have a direct impact on the company's success.

WHAT YOU GET TO DO
  • You lead the definition, design, architecture, implementation, and delivery of Client's CRM system
  • You work closely with the sales and customer support teams to optimize the Salesforce experience and troubleshoot any issues arising from day-to-day operations
  • You work closely with software engineers on the Client Digital team to ensure seamless integration between Salesforce and other Client systems.
  • You own end-to-end quality of your Salesforce solutions: from code to test to integration to deploy to support.
  • You relentlessly simplify, demonstrating significant innovation, creativity, and judgement when solving challenging problems.
  • You are considered an authority on Salesforce solutions by the technical and business community and are frequently consulted for making difficult trade-off decisions.
  • You drive awareness about the impact and consequences of technical decisions on the business, balancing technical leadership with strong business judgment to make the right long-term decisions about technology choices.
  • You assist in the career development of others, actively mentoring individuals and the community on advanced technical issues and helping managers guide the career growth of their team members.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM
  • Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or equivalent work experience.
  • 3+ years of professional experience in Salesforce implementations
  • 3+ years of programming experience with Salesforce's Apex programming language, LWC, and Visualforce.
  • 2+ years of experience with Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Service Cloud.
  • 2+ years working with version control system, such as Git, and CI/CD pipeline.
  • Experience implementing reports and dashboards in Salesforce
  • Familiarity with Messaging for in-app and web components.
  • Experience implemented a CTI solution for Salesforce (Amazon Connect experience is a plus).
  • Experience implementing case automation through Omnichannel
  • Familiarity with performing admin tasks in Salesforce
