We are currently looking for a MuleSoft Project Manager, to become a valuable addition to our dynamic team!
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage end-to-end MuleSoft integration projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Define project scope, timelines, deliverables, and resource plans for integration initiatives.
Coordinate cross-functional teams, including MuleSoft developers, architects, QA engineers, and business stakeholders.
Oversee the delivery of API-led connectivity solutions across System, Process, and Experience layers.
Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Facilitate project meetings, status updates, and stakeholder communications.
Manage dependencies across systems, teams, and third-party integrations.
Ensure adherence to integration standards, governance, and MuleSoft best practices.
Support post-go-live activities, including stabilization, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in integration or middleware projects.
Proven experience delivering MuleSoft or API-based integration projects.
Strong understanding of API-led architecture and integration concepts.
Experience managing cross-functional and distributed teams.
Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies.
Proficiency with project management tools (JIRA, MS Project, or similar).
Strong risk management, planning, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and complex project environments.
PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is preferred.
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Advanced English proficiency skills (C1) required.
Must have experience working for US clients
