About The Role We're hiring a Salesforce Administrator to serve as the technical backbone of a global commercial team for a UK-based client operating across US and EMEA markets in the healthcare logistics and supply chain space.
This role goes beyond system maintenance — you'll be the functional architect who builds the automations, data pipelines, and infrastructure that allow Sales and Marketing to move at high velocity. You'll bridge business strategy and technical execution, ensuring every lead, workflow, and dashboard is working the way it should.

What You'll Do
Strategic Partnership & Sales Enablement
Provide backend infrastructure for the Lead Generation team — build assignment logic, validation rules, and automated workflows to ensure leads are processed and routed within 24 hours.
Administer and integrate the sales tech stack including ZoomInfo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ensuring clean data flow into Salesforce.
Collaborate with leadership to translate commercial requirements into scalable Salesforce configurations (e.g., MEDDPICC tracking, custom object architecture).
Declarative Development & Automation
Design, build, and maintain complex Salesforce Flows to automate the lead-to-opportunity lifecycle and internal notifications.
Manage custom objects, page layouts, record types, and formula fields across Sales, Service, and Marketing Cloud initiatives.
Oversee the full deployment cycle from Sandbox to Production — all changes documented and tested.
Migrate legacy Workflow Rules and Process Builders to modern, high-performing Flows.
Data Integrity & Global Reporting
Build deduplication rules and data-cleansing schedules to maintain under 2% duplicate records.
Develop dashboards tracking global pipeline health, trade show ROI, and speed-to-lead KPIs across US and EMEA regions.
Ensure platform compliance with industry standards (FDA, GxP, GDPR) and maintain a rigorous security model including Profiles, Permission Sets, and Sharing Rules.
About You

3+ years of Salesforce Administration experience in a B2B environment
