Advanced proficiency in Salesforce Flow with the ability to design and build complex automations; experience configuring integrations with ERPs and prospecting tools like ZoomInfo or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
Requirements:
Provide backend infrastructure for the Lead Generation team, including assignment logic, validation rules, and automated workflows to ensure leads are processed and routed within 24 hours; administer and integrate ZoomInfo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator into Salesforce.
Design, build, and maintain declarative automations (Salesforce Flows) to automate the lead-to-opportunity lifecycle and internal notifications; manage custom objects, page layouts, record types, and formula fields; oversee deployment from Sandbox to Production with documentation.
Maintain data integrity and reporting, including deduplication rules, global dashboards for pipeline health and KPIs; ensure compliance with FDA, GxP, GDPR and enforce a robust security model (Profiles, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules).

This role goes beyond system maintenance — you'll be the functional architect who builds the automations, data pipelines, and infrastructure that allow Sales and Marketing to move at high velocity. You'll bridge business strategy and technical execution, ensuring every lead, workflow, and dashboard is working the way it should.

What You'll Do
Strategic Partnership & Sales Enablement

Design, build, and maintain complex Salesforce Flows to automate the lead-to-opportunity lifecycle and internal notifications.

Oversee the full deployment cycle from Sandbox to Production — all changes documented and tested.
Migrate legacy Workflow Rules and Process Builders to modern, high-performing Flows.

Build deduplication rules and data-cleansing schedules to maintain under 2% duplicate records.
Develop dashboards tracking global pipeline health, trade show ROI, and speed-to-lead KPIs across US and EMEA regions.
