Job Title: Regional Sales Director, East (Commercial Real Estate)

Genea is looking for an ambitious Regional Sales Director, East to lead growth across the Eastern U.S. This is your chance to shape the future of smart building technology, from On-Demand HVAC and Submeter Billing to Security Solutions, and bring cutting-edge innovation to commercial real estate owners and operators.

What You’ll Do:

  • Drive Growth: Develop and execute bold, measurable sales strategies to capture new CRE customers and deepen relationships with existing ones.
  • Lead with Insight: Use data-driven forecasting and performance analytics within Salesforce to hit and exceed revenue goals.
  • Collaborate for Success: Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Implementation, Customer Success, Finance, Product, and Technology to ensure smooth onboarding and exceptional customer experiences.
  • Own the Results: Report key wins, revenue progress, and regional insights directly to the Head of Sales and leadership team.
  • Build Connections: Represent Genea as a trusted advisor and thought leader in the CRE tech space, nurturing long-term relationships that drive mutual success.
  • Make an Impact: Take initiative, innovate, and help shape the strategies that will define Genea’s next phase of growth.

 

What You Bring:

  • Based in the Eastern U.S., ideally the New York City metro area.
  • 5+ years of sales experience in SaaS or technology solutions targeting the Commercial Real Estate industry.
  • Proven success in hitting and exceeding quotas, with a knack for identifying, qualifying, and closing deals that matter.
  • Strong proficiency in Salesforce and CRM-driven sales management.
  • Exceptional presentation and communication.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset — analytical, strategic, and driven to deliver results.
  • A true team player who thrives in a collaborative environment, works seamlessly across departments, and contributes to a culture of support, trust, and shared success.

 

Estimated Salary Range: $140K base salary + sales commissions

The salary range listed is our best estimate based on the role's requirements and market conditions. The final offer may be higher or lower depending on the candidate's experience and qualifications.
