This is a contracted position for 12+ months.  Pay $95-$100 per hour.

Epic Resolute Application Manager (HB Focus) – Contract (Remote, W-2 | Limited Travel)

Position Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Epic Resolute Application Manager (Hospital Billing focus) to provide leadership, oversight, and advanced application expertise in a dynamic healthcare environment. This role will focus on optimizing and supporting Resolute HB functionality while collaborating across teams to ensure alignment with operational and revenue cycle goals. The ideal candidate brings strong application knowledge, leadership capability, and the ability to mentor and guide analysts.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary subject matter expert for Epic Resolute Hospital Billing (HB) with working knowledge of Professional Billing (PB)
• Lead application support, optimization, and enhancement efforts for Resolute HB
• Collaborate with revenue cycle, IT, and operational stakeholders to improve workflows and system performance
• Provide guidance on system configuration, issue resolution, and best practices
• Mentor and support junior analysts, promoting knowledge sharing and team development
• Oversee and prioritize incoming requests, enhancements, and system changes
• Ensure system integrity, compliance, and alignment with organizational standards
• Participate in upgrades, testing cycles, and release management activities
• Provide occasional on-site support and stakeholder engagement as needed

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Epic experience with strong focus on Resolute Hospital Billing (HB)
• Familiarity with Resolute Professional Billing (PB) workflows and integration points
• Proven leadership experience or demonstrated ability to mentor and guide team members
• Strong application knowledge, including build, optimization, and support
• Demonstrated project management “chops” (formal PMP not required)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Bachelor’s degree required
