Job Summary: EndeavorB2B is seeking a results-driven Demand Generation Specialist to execute and optimize multi-channel campaigns that drive engagement, qualified leads, and pipeline growth. This role is focused on hands-on campaign execution, performance optimization, and measurable impact on pipeline. You’ll partner closely with Marketing Operations, Sales, and Marketing Managers to ensure campaigns are launched efficiently, tracked accurately, and continuously improved.

 

What You’ll Do

Campaign Execution & Ownership

  • Own execution and day-to-day performance of demand generation campaigns aligned to business goals and target audiences
  • Build and launch campaigns across lead generation, nurture, reactivation, and webinar programs
  • Ensure campaigns are delivered on time and positioned to drive measurable outcomes

 

Multi-Channel Execution & Optimization

  • Execute integrated campaigns across email, paid and organic social, webinars/events, and paid media
  • Monitor performance and continuously optimize to improve engagement, lead quality, and conversion
  • Run A/B tests across messaging, creative, audience targeting, and landing pages

 

Performance & Reporting

  • Track and report on key funnel metrics including leads, MQLs, conversion rates, CPL, and pipeline contribution
  • Use performance data to identify trends and recommend improvements
  • Partner with Marketing Operations to ensure accurate tracking, reporting, and campaign attribution

 

Sales Alignment

  • Partner with sales and marketing stakeholders to align on lead priorities, definitions, and follow-up expectations
  • Share insights on lead quality and campaign performance to improve conversion and pipeline impact

 

Process & Execution Excellence

  • Maintain campaign calendars, documentation, and workflows to support consistency and scalability
  • Follow best practices in campaign setup, QA, launch readiness, and post-campaign analysis
  • Stay current on demand generation trends, tools, and testing strategies

 

What Success Looks Like

  • Campaigns launch on time and perform against defined goals
  • Measurable contribution to pipeline through lead generation and conversion
  • Continuous improvement in engagement, CPL, and funnel conversion rates
  • Strong alignment with sales on lead quality and follow-up

 

What You Bring

  • 3–5 years of experience in B2B demand generation, campaign marketing, or digital marketing
  • Hands-on experience executing multi-channel campaigns (email, paid media, social, webinars)
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
  • Experience building and managing workflows, nurture programs, and campaign execution within marketing platforms
  • Strong understanding of B2B funnel metrics and performance optimization
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
  • Strong organization, project management, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast-paced environment

 


We are excited to share the salary range for this position is $60,000 – $75,000, depending on experience and depth of hands-on execution. This information is provided per the relevant state and local pay transparency laws for the location in which this position will be performed.

If you are hired for this position at EndeavorB2B your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as hiring location, skillset, prior years’ experience, relevant education, certain degrees and certifications, training, and market considerations. In addition to those factors – we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider any internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical to allow for future & continued salary growth.
