Overview
We are seeking a senior Oracle HCM Functional Consultant with extensive experience in Oracle Fusion HCM to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of HCM solutions in complex environments. This role requires strong functional expertise across core HCM modules, combined with the ability to lead client engagements and deliver scalable, high-quality solutions.
The ideal candidate will act as a functional lead, driving solution design, supporting business transformation initiatives, and ensuring alignment between HR processes and system capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead the functional design and delivery of Oracle Fusion HCM solutions in complex projects
• Conduct design workshops and lead client-facing sessions to define business requirements and solutions
• Provide expertise across key HCM modules: Core HR, Absence Management, Recruiting, and Payroll
• Support additional modules such as Time & Labor, Compensation, Benefits, Talent Management, Learning, and Help Desk
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and system configurations
• Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues, ensuring optimal system performance and user satisfaction
• Coordinate and manage end-to-end testing cycles, including SIT and UAT
• Collaborate with technical teams on integrations, HCM Extracts, HDL, and data migration activities
• Support ongoing enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives
• Operate effectively in dynamic and evolving project environments
Required Qualifications
• 10+ years of overall experience in HCM
• Minimum 7+ years of experience with Oracle Fusion HCM
• Proven experience in end-to-end support and enhancement projects
• Strong expertise in Core HR, Payroll, Recruiting, and Absence Management
• Experience leading functional design and client-facing engagements
• Hands-on experience with testing cycles and issue resolution
• Experience working with integrations, HCM Extracts, HDL, and data conversion
• Advanced English (mandatory)
Preferred Qualifications
• Certification in Oracle HCM Cloud modules
• Experience in Healthcare industry environments
• Understanding of healthcare systems and clinical operations
• Experience in complex and large-scale implementations
Education
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related fields
