IT Support Intern

This is a remote position.

We have an opening for an IT Support Intern.

This is a virtual/remote position to join our growing team. We are located in Austin Texas, with an international presence in countries such as Canada, Mexico, USA among others, helping our clients achieve successful business outcomes through the smart implementation and support of Microsoft Cloud offerings.

Key responsibilities:

• Giving IT support to client administrators and end-users, focusing on phone services support and configuration changes. Communication may be through phone, email or chat.
  
• Collaborating with other team members to ensure customer success before and after sales.
  
• Handling ticket requests.
  

You must be able to work from home, have a quiet workspace, and have a computer and headset in good working order.

Working hours: office hours Monday to Friday (8AM-5PM CST).

Requirements

We ae looking for someone who:

• Has a recent university diploma or students graduating in the next 12 months.
  
• Has strong English communication skills (spoken & written)
  
• Is self-managed, proactive, organized, and technically curious
  
• Possesses excellent problem-solving, teamwork and technical leadership skills
  
• Works effectively in a diverse/global team environment
  
• Has passion for learning and for helping others
