Job Description

The Relationship Management Associate Manager cultivates and manages positive client relationships within assigned area by communicating regularly with client teams and external key stakeholders, liaising with internal business leaders, analyzing client requests and overseeing implementation of change initiatives to ensure delivered services meet client needs and expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Builds and maintains beneficial relationships with assigned clients by consulting with external key stakeholders, conducting needs analysis, researching and resolving complex requests, facilitating communication and serving as primary point of contact

• Liaises between carriers and business units by communicating carrier change requests and requirements to internal leaders across multiple lines of business

• Leads resolution of complex issues by sharing carrier concerns with business leaders, tracking problems and providing comprehensive issue analysis

• Oversees delivery on carrier change requests by documenting requirements, coordinating schedules and managing the design, development and implementation of complex internal and external projects

• Provides technical guidance within area of responsibility by utilizing subject matter expertise to analyze feasibility of initiatives and advise peers and project teams on business unit operations, processes and dependencies

• Guides delivery of effective and accurate carrier services by collaborating with cross-functional internal support teams to resolve carrier issues, manage carrier requests and ensure success of service enhancements, ad hoc projects and change management initiatives

• Consults with technical professionals as required by communicating with vendors and Information Technology (IT) team to coordinate project support for client requests, escalate technology issues and ensure functionality of required systems and tools

Experience

• 5 or more years of experience (Preferred)

Compensation

Compensation offered for this role is 80,000.00 - 136,625.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.

The candidate(s) offered this position will be required to submit to a background investigation.
