Job Description:
As the engine behind an ambitious scaling phase, you will lead full-cycle recruiting for Go-To-Market functions during a period of hypergrowth. Partnering directly with founders and executives, you’ll hire 60-80 top-tier professionals across Sales, Marketing, and Partnerships, while pioneering AI-native recruiting workflows at a company processing 10 trillion tokens daily.

Location: New York and San Mateo, USA

  • Combines deep sourcing expertise with a passion for the AI industry and an eagerness to adopt AI-native tools into the recruiting stack.
