Operations Engineer (PID0624 / PID0625)

This is a remote position.

The Platform Operations Engineer focuses on maintaining the stability and scalability of a private cloud infrastructure by managing Kubernetes environments and automating deployment pipelines. You will bridge the gap between delivery and operations to ensure high availability for mission-critical business applications.

• 3 month, 1 FTE contract position offering a daily rate. Contract is likely to extend. 
  
• English is the only language requirement.
  
• Remote with only occasional onsite visits to Germany.
  

Responsibilities

• Validate deployment artifacts and ensure all products meet rigorous operational readiness standards before production.
  

• Define and enforce quality assurance measures, including documentation of standard operation procedures and test reports.
  

• Manage monitoring, incident, problem, and change management processes to maintain high service availability.
  

• Automate recurring operational tasks to improve reliability and reduce manual intervention.
  

• Implement and manage observability strategies, including logging and monitoring to support audit and compliance.
  

• Perform routine security scans and remediate vulnerabilities to ensure platform integrity.
  

• Oversee rollback strategies and operational monitoring for all production deployments.
