Job Opportunity: Dutch -Speaking Customer Service Representative
Location: Athens, Greece (On-site & Remote Options Available)
Work Type: Full-Time, Permanent

About the Role

Are you fluent in Dutch and passionate about providing excellent customer support? Join our international team in beautiful Athens! Youll assist customers via phone, email, or chat resolving their inquiries efficiently and ensuring their satisfaction.

What Youll Do:

• Deliver outstanding customer service in Dutch 
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
• Collaborate with team members to enhance service quality

Location Options:

On-site: Modern offices in central Athens
Remote:

• If you relocate: work-from-home (WAH) within Athens
• If you already live in Greece: WAH from anywhere in Greece

Relocation Package (for those moving to Greece):

• 2 weeks of hotel accommodation
• Paid flight ticket (within the EU)
• Airport pickup
• Real estate agency fee covered

Requirements:

• Fluency in Dutch (spoken & written)
• Good level of English
• EU citizenship is mandatory
• Excellent communication skills and customer-oriented mindset
