E- Commerce Product Upload Specialist Job Summary: The E-Commerce Product Upload Specialist is responsible for managing and maintaining all product content within Shopify to ensure an accurate, engaging, and optimized online shopping experience. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, with a strong ability to manage large volumes of product data while continuously identifying opportunities to improve the customer experience. This is a full-time non-exempt hourly position. Key Responsibilities Upload, manage, and maintain product listings in Shopify, including titles, descriptions, pricing, variants, size guides, images, and metafields Write clear, compelling, and SEO-optimized product descriptions that drive customer engagement and conversion Organize products using collections, tags, and categorization strategies to enhance site navigation and product discoverability Maintain and update existing product pages to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand standards Optimize product images for web display, including formatting, naming conventions, and alt tags for SEO and accessibility Conduct routine audits of product listings to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and SEO compliance Partner with merchandising, marketing, and creative teams to support product launches, promotions, and seasonal updates Utilize Shopify reporting tools and Excel to track product performance, manage catalog updates, and support data-driven decisions Provide accurate product information to support customer service inquiries Identify and recommend improvements to product pages, SEO strategy, and site merchandising to enhance the overall customer experience
