We’re hiring a client-facing Senior Email Marketing Manager to take full ownership of strategy, performance, and communication across multiple (6) ecommerce brands.

This is not an execution-only role. You’ll be responsible for driving results — setting direction, managing KPIs, and ensuring that every campaign and flow contributes to revenue growth.

You’ll work closely with our internal team and department lead to keep accounts moving forward with clarity, structure, and momentum.

What You’ll Do

  • Act as the primary strategist and client-facing lead for assigned accounts

  • Own overall email & SMS strategy, performance, and prioritization

  • Lead client communication (performance updates, strategy alignment, KPI discussions)

  • Collaborate weekly with the department lead on strategy, priorities, and growth opportunities

  • Build and manage campaign calendars aligned with brand goals and promotions

  • Assign and prioritize tasks for internal executors (copywriters, designers, specialists)

  • Review deliverables for quality, accuracy, and strategic alignment

  • Identify opportunities to improve revenue, retention, and lifecycle performance

  • Email & SMS-driven revenue

  • Contribution to overall brand revenue

  • Client retention and churn

Must-Have Requirements

  • Proven experience owning email & SMS strategy for ecommerce brands

  • Strong expertise in Klaviyo, lifecycle marketing, and campaign planning

  • Confident in client-facing communication and performance discussions

  • Ability to manage multiple accounts without losing attention to detail

  • Strong organization, prioritization, and communication skills

  • Experience collaborating with email specialists, designers, or junior team members

Nice to Have

  • Agency experience managing multiple ecommerce brands

  • Broader ecommerce understanding (AOV, LTV, retention, repeat purchase rate, etc.)
