A global mobility and urban services platform that allows users to book rides or other services and negotiate fares directly with service providers.
The platform offers a variety of services including ride-hailing, intercity travel, delivery, and task assistance, operating in multiple cities across various countries and serving a large global user base.
π§© Project Description:
The project focuses on optimizing support processes and automation within a large-scale service platform.
The specialist will gather requirements, design workflows and SLAs, collaborate with engineering and product teams, and ensure measurable impact through data-driven improvements.

π‘ Hard Skills / Must Have:
β’ 3+ years of experience as a Business or System Analyst or in a similar role
β’ Experience with support or incident management systems
β’ Strong process mapping, requirements analysis, and documentation skills
β’ Good technical understanding of integrations including APIs and workflows
π Responsibilities and Tasks:
β’ Analyze and improve support processes including verification, first-line support, and incident management
β’ Collect and document requirements and translate them into system specifications and user stories
β’ Design and optimize automation flows, SLAs, and escalation rules
β’ Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and support teams to deliver effective solutions
β’ Track KPIs and ensure automation delivers measurable impact
