Key Responsibilities:
Design, build, configure, and maintain Windows Server infrastructure across on premises and Microsoft Azure environments.
Automate server build, configuration, and deployment processes using PowerShell, ensuring standardization, repeatability, and reduced manual effort.
Develop, maintain, and enhance CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins to support automated infrastructure and configuration deployments.
Implement and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform Enterprise, including module development, workspace management, and controlled environment promotions.
Act as an on-call escalation engineer on a rotational basis, providing after-hours support and ensuring faster resolution of high-severity incidents.
Perform advanced troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and performance tuning for Windows, Azure, and identity-related issues.
Engage in daily client interactions, providing technical updates, participating in operational discussions, and supporting service reviews.
Collaborate closely with a team of engineers across infrastructure, cloud, security, and application domains to deliver reliable and scalable solutions.
Support change management activities, releases, and production deployments in alignment with client and organizational standards.
Create and maintain technical documentation, build standards, automation artifacts, and operational runbooks.
Continuously identify opportunities for automation, optimization, and service improvement to enhance platform stability and client satisfaction.
Strong experience with Windows Server technologies (build, patching, upgrades, troubleshooting, lifecycle management).
Advanced scripting and automation expertise using PowerShell.
Solid experience supporting Microsoft Azure infrastructure and services.
Experience with Jenkins for CI/CD pipeline development and automation.
Working knowledge of Terraform Enterprise for Infrastructure as Code deployments.
Experience supporting production systems and participating in on-call / escalation support rotations.
Strong communication skills with the ability to interact confidently with clients and engineering teams.
