Role Overview We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Remote Administrative Assistant to support day-to-day business operations. This is a part-time, remote role with an initial trial period and potential for long-term engagement. The ideal candidate is highly organized, tech-savvy (especially with AI tools), and comfortable working in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
Key Responsibilities ● Provide general administrative support to the business ● Conduct online research (e.g., companies, markets, contacts, travel-related insights) ● Assist with preparing materials such as: ○ Reports ○ Presentations and pitch decks ● Create and edit simple visual content using Canva ● Support business development efforts through research and data gathering ● Help prioritize and manage incoming tasks from the founder ● Maintain clear and timely communication on progress and deliverables
Required Skills & Experience ● Strong written and verbal English communication skills ● Experience with AI tools (preferably Claude and/or Gemini) ● Proficiency in Canva (basic to intermediate level) ● Excellent research and analytical skills ● Strong organizational and time management abilities ● Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks ● High level of responsiveness and reliability
Nice-to-Have ● Experience in HR, organizational development, or consulting environments
● Familiarity with the hospitality and/or tourism industry ● Experience supporting entrepreneurs or small businesses
