Associate Attorney

Job Title: Associate Attorney (Creditors’ Rights)

Location: Fort Lauderdale, FL (Remote – local candidates only)

Overview

We are seeking a motivated Associate Attorney to handle legal matters from start to finish in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. This role is ideal for newly licensed attorneys.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage cases from filing through post-judgment
• Conduct legal research and draft legal documents
• Represent clients in court hearings across Florida
• Negotiate with opposing counsel
• Handle a high-volume caseload efficiently
• Communicate case updates and strategies

Requirements

• Active Florida Bar license (required)
• 0–3 years of experience (litigation, collections, or bankruptcy preferred)
• Courtroom or hearing experience (preferred)
• Strong research, writing, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple cases

Nice to Have

• Multi-state licensure or eligibility
