(C) Provisioner & Cataloger

Background check, CAC, US Citizenship, and security clearance are requirements for this position. Six- month opportunity.

Collects, interprets, and analyzes various types of logistics data including the availability of product, reliability of transport and delivery, and other data related to product supply chain management, sourcing, and distribution.

• Enters data into database(s) of logistics information to ensure parts can be both purchased and stocked.

• Gathers transportation costs, parts procurement and delivery data, inventory data such as back orders, and other fulfillment metrics.

• Utilize DLA tools to properly catalog parts for induction into the Federal logistics system.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.

Physical Job Requirements

Mix of desk/computer work in an office environment and periodic visits to waterfront/shipboard environments. May involve repetitive motion, traversing shipboard environments (e.g., confined spaces, ladders, hatches) or vision. 

Education/Certification Requirements

 Bachelors degree required.
