Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Security Consultant to lead the design, implementation, and governance of security frameworks within Oracle HCM Cloud environments. This role requires deep expertise in HCM security architecture, with a strong focus on Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), Segregation of Duties (SoD), and data protection across HR processes.
The ideal candidate will act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), ensuring robust security controls, compliance, and risk mitigation while enabling secure and efficient HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud Security assessments, design, and implementations
• Design and implement Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) aligned with business requirements
• Perform Segregation of Duties (SoD) analysis and define mitigation strategies for identified risks
• Review and audit user accounts, roles, permissions, and access rights within Oracle Fusion HCM
• Configure and secure Oracle Business Intelligence (BI) components, including reports, subject areas, and data models
• Design and maintain security structures using Oracle Security Console, including custom role creation and role hierarchy management
• Manage user administration activities such as user provisioning, role assignment, data security context, and profile configuration
• Act as SME for Oracle HCM Cloud Security, ensuring appropriate access controls to sensitive HR data
• Troubleshoot and resolve security-related issues, implementing corrective and preventive actions
• Collaborate with development, functional, and business teams, as well as information security and risk management stakeholders
• Support governance processes, ensuring compliance with security policies and best practices
• Assist in identifying, analyzing, and resolving complex security issues within HCM Cloud environments
• Provide regular status updates and ensure alignment with project management activities
Required Qualifications
• 8–10 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Security
• Proven participation in at least 3 end-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud Security implementations
• Strong expertise in RBAC design and implementation
• Hands-on experience with Segregation of Duties (SoD) analysis and risk mitigation
• Experience auditing user access, roles, and permissions
• Strong knowledge of Oracle BI Security within HCM Cloud
• Experience with Oracle Security Console and custom role configuration
• Solid understanding of Oracle SaaS security, risk management, and HR process security design
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities in security contexts
• Advanced English (mandatory)

• Experience in Healthcare industry environments
• Understanding of healthcare systems and clinical operations
• Experience working in complex and regulated environments
• Familiarity with enterprise security governance and compliance frameworks
Education
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Business Administration, HR Systems, or related fields
