Job description

This is a remote position.

Product Engineer (Junior/Mid)

We are looking for a Product Engineer to help bridge the gap between product thinking and technical execution. In this role, you will contribute to building and improving digital products with a strong focus on user experience, rapid iteration, and solution validation.

You will work closely with a cross-functional team, collaborating with product, QA, and technical stakeholders to define features, prototype solutions, and deliver high-quality outcomes. This role is ideal for someone who is technically capable, product-oriented, and excited about leveraging AI tools to accelerate development and decision-making.

What you'll do

Rapidly prototype solutions using modern tools, including AI-powered tools
Collaborate with stakeholders to define and refine product features
Bridge the gap between business needs and technical implementation
Gather feedback from users or clients and iterate quickly
Contribute to improving product quality and user experience
Support decision-making with a product and technical perspective

Requirements

Academic background in a technical field (e.g., Computer Engineering, Systems Analysis and Development, or similar)
Strong product mindset combined with a technical background
Ability to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders
Experience or comfort with rapid prototyping
Interest in or hands-on experience with AI tools (professional or personal projects)
Ability to work in fast-paced environments with evolving requirements
Strong problem-solving skills and critical thinking
Ownership mindset and collaborative attitude
Advanced English level (for collaboration with international teams)
