Secondment Objectives:
The secondee will support Kenya and Ghana in strengthening instructional quality, program delivery consistency, and adoption of priority programs.
The role will focus on supporting effective execution of core programs in the regions (including AI pilots, DM v4 adoption, and TSP-supported programs), while reinforcing instructional coaching, TORSH data use, and facilitating L&T Stepbacks.
This role will require a mix of hands-on coordination, advisory support, and capability building, ensuring that country teams are set up with clear processes, aligned stakeholders, and practical systems to sustain quality delivery.
This is a part-time 6-month secondment opportunity, ideally starting at the end of April and running through the end of October.
