Job Description:
Join the founding engineering team at Keith to disrupt the £19B legal services market. As a Product Engineer, you will build intuitive client and conveyancer-facing platforms end-to-end. You will leverage AI coding tools to automate complex legal workflows, turning manual processes into elegant, polished digital experiences that redefine how legal work gets done.

What you will do:

Design and develop task-based workflows, real-time transaction tracking, and document handling for the Keith client platform.
Build sophisticated conveyancer dashboards featuring document review workflows, approval systems, and AI-driven correspondence agents.
Collaborate directly with founders and senior lawyers to translate ambiguous legal requirements into structured, high-performance web applications.

The ideal candidate:

3+ years of experience building modern web applications with React, Next.js, and TypeScript, showing a strong emphasis on product UX.
Proficient across the full stack, including Python (FastAPI/Django) and experience working with state machines or workflow engines.
Enthusiastic about AI-native development workflows and currently using AI coding tools daily to increase velocity and interaction quality.
