Senior Solution Engineer (Integration & Cloud)

We are looking for an experienced Senior Solution Engineer who is eager to grow professionally within our dynamic and highly skilled software development team. In this role, you will own the full lifecycle of custom solutions built for enterprise clients, working on integrations that are critical to daily business operations.

You will operate with a high level of autonomy, translating abstract requirements into reliable, production-grade solutions. This role involves direct collaboration with customers, resolving production issues, and building scalable integrations using modern architectures and AI-assisted development tools.

Requirements:

• 3–7+ years of professional experience building and maintaining full-stack production systems.

• Strong proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript, and Java, with hands-on experience using Nest.js and React.

• Experience designing and implementing REST APIs, microservices, and event-driven architectures.

• Experience building and maintaining system integrations and middleware solutions.

• Hands-on experience with GCP, with working knowledge of AWS.

• Experience working with Docker and Kubernetes in production environments.

• Strong experience with PostgreSQL and MongoDB, including schema design and optimization.

• Experience with GitLab CI/CD pipelines and version control using Git.

• Strong testing experience, including unit and integration testing.

• Proven experience using AI development tools such as Claude and Claude Code in real workflows.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to work directly with customers and stakeholders.

• Ability to work independently, take ownership, and deliver solutions without detailed guidance.

• English communication skills – Advanced level required.
