WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
The Director, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) is a senior finance leader responsible for driving the organization’s financial planning, forecasting, performance management, and strategic analysis. This role partners closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to provide forward-looking insights, support data-driven decision-making, and ensure alignment between financial plans and business objectives.
The Director of FP&A serves as the connective tissue between strategy and execution- translating complex financial data into clear narratives, actionable recommendations, and measurable outcomes. While this role collaborates closely with accounting and controllership, the primary focus is on planning, analysis, business partnership, and performance optimization rather than day-to-day accounting operations.

Our job titles may span more than one career level. The starting salary for this role is between $130,00 and $165,000. Our salary ranges are based on third-party national average market compensation analysis. The actual salary is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and market demands. The salary range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
