We are seeking a detail‑oriented, analytical Compliance Analyst with managed care experience and a collaborative mindset to support audit readiness, regulatory compliance, and enterprise‑wide accountability.

If you enjoy coordinating complex audits, interpreting regulatory guidance, and working cross‑functionally to deliver accurate, timely results, this role offers meaningful impact in a mission‑driven organization.

What You’ll Do

As a Compliance Analyst, you will coordinate and support regulatory and client audits while maintaining compliance systems, reporting tools, and cross‑functional partnerships that ensure Liberty remains audit‑ready and compliant.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate preparation and submission of timely, accurate client and regulatory audits involving multi‑department and cross‑functional subject matter experts

  • Manage audit deliverables from initial request and design through final completion

  • Maintain Liberty’s internal compliance systems, including triaging audit notifications and requests and routing them to business owners

  • Coordinate all aspects of client audit requests, notifications, and responses

  • Oversee regulatory audit preparation and create reports and tools to track submissions, implementation, and follow‑up on preliminary findings

  • Analyze and interpret state and federal regulatory guidance and communicate requirements to business partners

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high‑quality, timely compliance deliverables

  • Maintain compliance dashboards, weekly status summaries, and tracking tools

  • Lead large, complex projects in support of compliance and regulatory objectives

  • Perform additional duties as assigned

What Makes This Role Impactful

  • Hands‑on involvement in regulatory and client audit coordination across multiple lines of business

  • Lead role in maintaining audit readiness and compliance tracking tools

  • Opportunity to interpret and apply evolving regulatory requirements in a managed care environment

  • Cross‑functional collaboration with business owners, subject matter experts, and leadership

  • Ability to influence compliance practices and operational excellence enterprise‑wide

What You Bring

Experience & Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field — or an equivalent combination of education and experience

  • Minimum 4 years of progressive regulatory compliance and oversight experience

  • Health and/or Dental experience within government‑managed or regulated healthcare

  • Managed Care Health Plan experience required

Skills & Knowledge

  • Strong attention to detail with proven experience compiling, coordinating, analyzing, and organizing data

  • Functional knowledge of managed healthcare operations

  • Experience coordinating onsite and virtual regulatory and/or client audits

  • Strong to expert proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills across all organizational levels

  • Strong critical thinking, problem‑solving, and organizational skills

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliverables in a fast‑paced environment

  • Demonstrated professionalism and strict adherence to confidentiality standards
