The Senior Account Manager provides end-to-end ownership of assigned MLS accounts, acting as the primary point of accountability for customer alignment and operational execution. Translates customer requirements into scalable, sustainable processes within LogiFlow while driving service excellence, cost efficiency, and cross-plant operational alignment.

Occasional travel to company offices, client sites, or team meetings may be required based on business needs.
