Strong expertise in Duck Creek Policy modules, P&C insurance workflows, and test automation tools like TOSCA. These positions often demand 6-10 years of QA experience and leadership in test strategy, defect management, and cross-functional collaboration.
Typical Job Responsibilities
• Test Planning & Execution
o Design, develop, and execute test cases for Duck Creek Policy implementations.
o Perform system testing, integration testing, UAT, and regression testing.
• Automation & Tools
o Implement automation frameworks (commonly TOSCA).
o Drive automation adoption across QA teams.
• Quality Assurance Leadership
o Define QA strategy and best practices.
o Mentor junior QA engineers and manage testing resources.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration
o Work with developers, business analysts, and product owners to ensure requirements are met.
o Support data migration validation and insurance workflow testing.
• Defect Management
• Identify, log, and track defects to resolution.
• Ensure timely reporting and communication of quality metrics.
Key Skills & Requirements
• Duck Creek Policy & Billing expertise (functional and technical).
• Insurance domain knowledge (Property & Casualty).
• Automation testing experience (TOSCA, Selenium, or similar).
