What We Do

Supervise, coach, monitor, develop and motivate a team of employees in the Contractor Relations group.

What You'll Do

  • Implement goals and objectives of Contractor management as directed by the Manager
  • Train new team members on established policies, practices, products and services.  Has a key role in employee development, coaching and education
  • Develop, track, monitor, and ensure proper reporting of department metrics to Manager
  • Ensure staff meets/exceeds department/company standards/goals
  • Monitor and adjust department schedule
  • Resolve escalated issues in a professional manner consistent with corporate standards and compliance; including data gathering, analysis and final decision

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 3-5 years of related work experience
  • 2+ years demonstrated experience in a lead or supervisory role
  • Windows operating system/computer skills required
  • Microsoft office experience required
  • Successful track record of executing day to day operational responsibilities, along with participating in, developing and completing projects in area of expertise
  • Able to implement and enforce processes to ensure compliance and quality
  • Provides others with reliable information and uses good listening skills

Pay Range: $64,300.00 - $85,700.00 Annually

 

This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
