RN - Quality Improvement Specialist PRN

Empath Home Health, a member of Empath Health, is seeking a Registered Nurse RN Quality Improvement Specialist PRN.

Schedule: PRN; must be able to commit to at least 20 hours per week (business hours)

Location: remote - reside in the Sarasota, FL 

We You'll need:

• Education and/or Experience: Registered Nurse or healthcare professional with minimum of associate degree in related field, bachelor’s degree preferred. 
• 2–3+ years of home health experience (required)
• OASIS knowledge required (certification not required)
• Strong understanding of Medicare Conditions of Participation (CoPs), including face-to-face requirements
• CPHQ preferred or equivalent
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint to create reports.
