About you:

You enjoy winning new business and you’re at your best when you’re opening doors, building relationships and solving real customer problems. You’re confident working with senior stakeholders and know how to keep complex sales moving forward. You’re curious by nature and comfortable using AI-enabled tools to work smarter, spot opportunities faster and focus your time where it makes the biggest impact. At Access, we’ll give you the space, support and tools to do your best work and grow your impact.

Day-to-day, you will:

  • Find and prioritise new customers using data and AI-driven insights to focus on the right opportunities.

  • Lead end-to-end sales cycles, from first conversation through to close, across complex stakeholder groups.

  • Deliver clear, tailored solution demonstrations and value-based proposals that link our software to customer goals. Keep your pipeline accurate and up to date in our customer relationship management (CRM) system, using insights to forecast confidently.

Your skills and experiences might also include:

  • Experience selling business-to-business software or Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions.

  • Confidence navigating procurement processes, including tenders and framework agreements.

  • Experience using AI-enabled sales or customer intelligence tools to improve prospecting and deal progression.

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to influence and collaborate across teams.
