Job Description:
Pitney Bowes is seeking a Technical Program Specialist Remote based in the United States in the EST and CST areas, you will be a critical part of the team. In this position, you will be at the forefront of the growth and continued success of Presort Services.
The Technical Program Specialist acts as the bridge between clients, sales, and engineering, helping enterprise mailing customers connect their systems, data, and business needs with our products and capabilities.
The salary range for this role is $101,000 - $120,00. The actual pay will be based on experience, skills, and work location. This role is eligible for an annual bonus.
This is a remote Inside Sales position open to qualified candidates living in the United States. Candidates located in the PST and MST areas are not eligible for consideration for this job. You must reside in the EST and CST areas to be eligible for consideration for this job.

This role combines technical fluency, client engagement, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure our customers can fully leverage our Application Programming Interface (APIs), Secure File Transfer Protocol (SFTP) data exchanges, and Client Web Portal. You will play a key role in guiding clients through data integration, onboarding, and adoption, while helping internal teams translate customer needs into clear, actionable requirements.
The ideal candidate has prior experience collaborating directly with clients in data-driven environments such as logistics, marketing technology, or business services and thrives at the intersection of technology and customer success.

Pitney Bowes Presort Services performs mail sorting; performing some of the work that would typically be performed by the USPS®. For completing this work, Presort Services receives discounted postage rates. By performing this sorting work on behalf of our clients, we are able to share a portion of that discount with them. Our national network of operating centers processes over 17 billion pieces of mail annually. We provide mailers with end-to-end solutions from pick-up at their location into delivery into the postal system network, providing optimal postage savings.
