Full Stack Developer (Golang / JavaScript / TypeScript / Microservices)

Location: Remote (optional office in Cyprus or Malta)
Salary: €70,000 – €100,000
Work Eligibility: EU work permit not required

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer who is comfortable working across the entire technology stack—from building scalable backend services to developing modern frontend applications.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Golang

• Build responsive, user-friendly frontend applications using JavaScript/TypeScript

• Architect and implement microservices-based systems

• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, design, DevOps)

• Ensure high performance, security, and scalability of applications

• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code

• Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong experience with Golang

• Proficiency in JavaScript and/or TypeScript

• Hands-on experience with microservices architecture

• Full stack development experience (frontend + backend)

• Solid understanding of REST API design

• Experience working with SQL databases

• Familiarity with Git

Nice to Have

• Experience with Docker and container orchestration (e.g. Kubernetes)

• Exposure to cloud platforms (e.g. AWS)

• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines

• Understanding of distributed systems and system design
