Preferred PST based candidate, flexible to other locations provided they are able to work PST schedule.
Monday thru Friday, 8am PST to 4:30pm PST, with a 30 minute lunch
Flexible break schedule based on deliverable demand
Provides exceptional customer service to internal and external clients for non-judicial foreclosure transactions. Processes a high volume of foreclosure orders in multiple states accurately and efficiently according to established policies and procedures.
HOW YOU’LL CONTRIBUTE
Role focuses on administrative tasks to support the day-to-day foreclosure process.
Perform quality control check.
Establish and maintain positive client/vendor relationships.
Communicate with vendors and clients regarding foreclosure matters, answering questions and providing information.
Monitor incoming email inbox
Input and update data in proprietary application
