Description
We are seeking a highly skilled professional with deep expertise in TriZetto Facets and SSIS administration to support and enhance payer technology solutions. This individual will play a key role in designing, developing, and deploying innovative solutions within a healthcare payer environment, leveraging technologies such as .NET, SQL Server, Azure, and Facets. The ideal candidate brings strong technical acumen, hands-on system experience, and the ability to work collaboratively to drive impactful results. What You Will Do
Oversee the installation, configuration, and ongoing support of SSIS and TriZetto Facets environments
Design, develop, and deploy scalable solutions within the payer domain using .NET, SQL Server, Azure, and Facets technologies
Support and troubleshoot Facets components, including Batch, Broker, and Data Publisher
Manage and optimize Facets-related processes, including system upgrades and transitions (e.g., Facets G6)
Perform data analysis, query system tables, and develop ad hoc Facets scripts to support business needs
Monitor system performance using tools such as Dynatrace and maintain Windows server environments
Collaborate cross-functionally with technical and business teams to ensure successful delivery of solutions
You Will Be Successful If
You have strong hands-on experience administering SSIS and supporting Facets environments
You are comfortable working across multiple Facets modules and can troubleshoot complex system issues
You have experience supporting or leading Facets G6 transitions and working within Azure environments
You proactively identify opportunities for system optimization and process improvement
You thrive in a collaborative environment and can effectively communicate technical concepts to stakeholders

Optum Rate Manager
Optum Easy Grouper
Strong Microsoft SQL Server expertise, including querying system tables, data analysis, and script development
Experience with Facets G6 and Azure-based environments
Familiarity with Dynatrace monitoring tools and Windows server environments
Proven ability to troubleshoot, maintain, and enhance complex healthcare payer systems
