We are currently looking for a ServiceNow Business Analyst to become a valuable addition to our dynamic team!
Responsibilities:
-Gather and analyze business requirements effectively to design solutions using the ServiceNow platform
-Create detailed documentation, including business requirements, process flows, and user stories
-Collaborate with stakeholders to conduct workshops and provide clear and concise reports
-Identify business needs and translate them into technical solutions
-Ensure ServiceNow implementations align with organizational goals and enhance operational efficiency
-Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to refine business processes and ServiceNow configurations
Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
-3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with experience on the ServiceNow platform
-Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify business needs and translate them into technical solutions
-Proficiency in creating detailed documentation, including business requirements, process flows, and user stories
-Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders, conduct workshops, and provide clear and concise reports
-Experience in business process modeling and improvement, ensuring that ServiceNow implementations align with organizational goals and enhance operational efficiency
-English B2 or above is mandatory
-Maintain a fully professional work environment within the home setting
-Excellent soft skills
