We are currently looking for a ServiceNow Administrator to become a valuable addition to our dynamic team!
Responsibilities:
-Configure and customize ServiceNow modules, including form setup, workflows, notifications, and user roles.
-Perform regular system maintenance, including upgrades, patches, and routine tasks.
-Manage user roles, groups, permissions, and data import/export techniques.
-Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues to ensure optimal system operation.
-Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business needs, and implement appropriate solutions.
-Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, including configuration guides, user manuals, and process documentation
Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
-3 – 4 years of experience working as a ServiceNow Administrator or in a similar role
-Strong understanding of ServiceNow best practices for configuration and customization
-Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with stakeholders and team members
-Deep understanding of configuring and customizing ServiceNow modules, including form setup, workflows, notifications, -and user roles
-Basic scripting skills in JavaScript for creating and modifying business rules, client scripts, and other customizations
-Proficiency in managing user roles, groups, permissions, and data import/export techniques
-English B2 or above is mandatory
-Maintain a fully professional work environment within the home setting
