We’re currently seeking an experienced Correspondent Account Executive to join our growing team. This role focuses on developing and managing relationships with NonDelegated focused correspondent mortgage lenders.

Position Summary:

As a Correspondent Account Executive at Newfi Lending, you will be the driving force behind the growth and success of our correspondent channel. You will leverage your industry knowledge, communication skills, and business development expertise to build lasting partnerships, provide top-notch service, and deliver tailored solutions that meet your clients’ needs.

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with correspondent lenders.
• Train and educate partners on Newfi’s programs, processes, and technology.
• Drive funded loan production, ensuring smooth pipeline management.
• Act as a trusted advisor and main point of contact for your clients.
• Monitor loan deliveries, expiring rate locks, and ensure timely closings.
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide exceptional service and support.
• Stay informed on industry trends and compliance guidelines.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in correspondent originations, with a focus on NonDelegated Counterparties
• Proven success in account management or business development roles.
• Strong knowledge of Delegated and Non-Delegated lending practices.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven with a focus on customer service.

Education:

• College degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• High school diploma (or equivalent) required.
