The Creative Director will lead the visual style, tone, and overall creative direction of client brands and key projects. This is a senior creative role (non-executive) responsible for translating abstract ideas into compelling, high-quality visual and audio experiences that resonate with our audiences and elevate our brand presence. This person is someone who can shape big ideas, guide creative teams, and ensure that every touchpoint reflects a cohesive and impactful story. This position is remote with a salary target is $80k - $100k based on experience and background. 


What You’ll Do:

Creative Vision & Strategy

  • Define and evolve the visual identity, tone, and creative direction of the brand across all channels.
  • Translate business objectives and abstract concepts into clear, inspiring creative strategies and campaigns.
  • Ensure consistency and excellence in creative output across print, digital, video, social media, and other emerging platforms.
  • Partner with Client Success, Media, Product, and Leadership teams to align creative direction with brand and business goals.

Leadership & Collaboration 

  • Provide clear, constructive feedback that elevates the quality of work while supporting team growth.
  • Foster a collaborative, innovative environment that encourages bold ideas and creative experimentation.
  • Manage creative workflows, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on brand, and on budget.

Execution & Oversight

  • Oversee concept development from initial idea through final production, ensuring the original vision is carried through.
  • Review and approve creative assets, maintaining high standards for design, storytelling, and brand alignment.
  • Stay current on design trends, cultural moments, and emerging technologies to keep the brand fresh and relevant.

What You Bring:

  • 7+ years of experience in a creative leadership role (agency or in-house), with a strong portfolio showcasing integrated campaigns and brand work.
  • Story board video projects and being proficient in video development and editing.
  • Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and other relevant design tools.
  • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
  • Experience designing for digital platforms (websites, social media, email marketing, etc.).
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver polished work with minimal supervision.
  • Strong ability to move between big-picture thinking and hands-on creative direction.
  • Experience managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
