Job description

This is a remote position.

We are seeking a detail-oriented QA Tester with experience in testing Salesforce applications and a strong passion for delivering high-quality software. This role is ideal for entry to mid-level professionals who can contribute to test planning, execution, and collaboration with cross-functional teams, while ensuring a seamless user experience.

The ideal candidate will work closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to identify issues early, maintain quality standards, and confidently support client-facing demonstrations.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, execute, and maintain test plans and test cases for Salesforce and other applications
Perform manual and/or automated testing including functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing
Identify, document, and track defects using bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA)
Collaborate with developers and functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues
Participate in test planning, test case creation, and execution
Ensure applications meet business requirements and quality standards
Maintain test documentation, reports, and QA artifacts
Support continuous improvement of QA processes and best practices
Participate in and confidently present during client-facing Salesforce demos

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
1–5 years of experience in software testing or QA
Intermediate experience with Salesforce; hands-on Salesforce testing experience preferred
Strong experience in test planning, test case creation, and execution
Understanding of software testing methodologies and SDLC/STLC
Experience with bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA)
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
