GenAI Engineer

This is a remote position.

We are seeking highly skilled GenAI Engineerto work closely with development teams in building, iterating, and deploying production-ready AI agents and automation workflows. This role is ideal for professionals with deep expertise in LLM frameworks, agent orchestration, and workflow automation, who can contribute directly to fast-paced product development environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and refine custom AI agents using LangGraph and CrewAI within agile sprint cycles
  
• Build and manage complex, multi-step automation workflows using n8n and Python
  
• Integrate AI agents with RESTful APIs, SQL/NoSQL databases, and internal enterprise systems
  
• Implement Model Context Protocol (MCP) to securely connect LLMs with internal tools and data sources
  
• Optimize and fine-tune Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines for improved accuracy and contextual relevance
  
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure scalable, production-grade deployments
  
• Continuously improve agent performance, reliability, and response quality
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 6–8 years of experience in software engineering, AI/ML, or automation development
  
• Strong hands-on experience with LangChain, LangGraph, and CrewAI
  
• Proven expertise in building AI-driven workflows using n8n and Python
  
• Solid understanding of RAG architectures and optimization techniques  
  
• Experience with API integrations, microservices, and database connectivity (SQL/NoSQL)
  
• Familiarity with LLM ecosystems and prompt engineering best practices
  
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and system design skills
  

Good to Have

• Experience working with enterprise AI applications or agent-based systems
  
• Knowledge of vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate)
  
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
  
• Understanding of security and governance in AI systems
