Ensure production systems are available and operating according to defined service level agreements.
Drive incident and outage resolution while maintaining clear and timely communication.
Facilitate the restoration of service to the production environment efficiently.
Establish and maintain disaster recovery procedures to safeguard operational continuity.
Maintain data retention practices in alignment with organizational standards.

Required Knowledge and Skills:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in relevant related skills.
• Specialization in database performance and optimization
• Analysis and optimization of SQL statement performance in Oracle
• Experience interpreting execution plans (EXPLAIN PLAN)
• Design and use of indexes, including secondary indexes
• Redesign and optimization of processes to improve performance
• Optimization of highly complex SQL in critical environments
• Experience in designing, analyzing, and optimizing data models focused on performance and scalability.
• Profiling and monitoring tools
• Advanced use of SQL Developer for analysis and tuning
• Experience with Dynatrace for performance monitoring and diagnostics in production environments
• Performance and load testing
• Experience with tools such as NeoLoad, JMeter, or LoadRunner
• Bachelor's Degree in relevant field of studies.
• English Intermediate.
