The Chief Data Office at State Street is seeking an accomplished leader to join the Client 360 Program—a strategic, cross‑functional data product integrating client, custody, SSIM, and engagement insights into a unified enterprise view.

As the Business Analysis Manager, you will establish the Client 360 business analysis and data analysis practice and lead a high‑performing team of Business and Data Analysts. You will partner closely with global Product Owners, Solution Design, Delivery Teams, and data stakeholders to drive a consistent, high‑quality approach to requirements, analysis, and solution delivery.

This role can be performed in a hybrid model, where you can balance work from home and office to match your needs and role requirements.

What you will be responsible for

As Business Analysis Manager, Vice President, you will

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Business and Data Analysts based in Poland.
• Foster seamless collaboration across all Client 360 program partners, including stakeholders in the US, EMEA, and APAC.
• Oversee the gathering, documentation, and refinement of business requirements, including:
  • Business process flows
  • Logical data models
  • Data flow diagrams (in partnership with Data Analysts)
• Partner with Product Owners to create user stories, acceptance criteria, and supporting documentation in Confluence.
• Collaborate with Delivery teams on solution design to ensure alignment with business goals and technical feasibility.
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT), stakeholder communication, and enablement activities to ensure smooth adoption and implementation.

• Experience within a large financial services organization, ideally in Business Analysis, Data Analysis, data management roles or business roles with material components related to BA/DA.
• Strong understanding of State Street's business, operating model, and data landscape.
• Ability to engage effectively with senior stakeholders across regions and functions.
• Proven success working collaboratively with both business and technology teams.
• Demonstrated ability to drive outcomes in a complex, matrixed environment.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
• Strong project management skills with solid knowledge of methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Excellent organizational skills with a commitment to meeting deadlines while maintaining high quality standards.
• Practical use of AI tools in BA context.

Education & Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Math or equivalent work experience to substitute for education); Marsters degree is a plus.
• 15+ years of Financial Services Industry is required
• Full working proficiency in MS suite
• Strong analytical skills, with ability to collect, absorb, and analyze information quickly and independently.
• Proven ability to develop and work with cross functional processes and project timeline.
• Excellent follow-through, attention to detail and time management skills

Note: The role requires a minimum of three days per week working from the office

Minimum Salary:​

The minimum salary quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate ultimately works outside of this primary location, the applicable minimum salary may differ.​

Salary will be determined based on factors such as the position, type of work performed, individual skills, job description, working hours, diligence, initiative, self-management, length of employment, availability, and the quantity and quality of work delivered, as well as other objective and non-discriminatory criteria relevant to State Street employees.​

In addition to salary, employees are eligible to be considered for discretionary annual performance-based awards.​
