  • Translate creative concepts into actionable tactics that achieve program objectives
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, providing direction and mentorship to team members as needed
  • Work closely with project managers and production partners to develop timelines and oversee execution
  • Prepare and deliver compelling client presentations and guide the approval process
  • Partner with internal teams and external vendors to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget

Basic Qualifications

  • Minimum of 6 years of relevant creative experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Advertising, Graphic Design, or a related field
  • Proven ability to manage projects with attention to detail in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience maintaining client relationships and supporting budget and timeline development
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple deadlines
  • Background in advertising, design, or related creative disciplines with a portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking and executional excellence
  • Strong understanding of layout, composition, typography, and motion design principles
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and other industry-standard creative tools
  • Experience in art direction and production across video, digital, and social platforms
  • Familiarity with influencer or community management is a plus
  • Ability to clearly and confidently present and articulate creative work
