Job description

  • Location: Remote
  • Job Type: Full-Time
  • Schedule: Monday - Friday - 8:00 am - 5:00 pm PST

We are looking for a highly resourceful and creative Headhunter/Talent Research Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who excels at finding exceptional talent in unconventional ways, especially for hard-to-fill roles. You should be naturally curious, analytical, and persistent.

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively source and identify high-quality candidates across multiple industries and functions
  • Develop innovative sourcing strategies to find talent beyond traditional channels
  • Use logic, research, and data to uncover new talent pools and sourcing methods
  • Tackle hard-to-fill roles by thinking creatively and exploring non-obvious candidate paths
  • Build and maintain pipelines of passive candidates
  • Conduct initial outreach and engagement with potential candidates
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deeply understand role requirements and hiring challenges

Requirements

  • Proven ability to find candidates for difficult or niche roles
  • Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Creative mindset with a passion for uncovering hidden talent
  • Experience using sourcing tools (LinkedIn, Boolean search, databases, etc.)
  • Ability to think outside the box and try unconventional approaches
  • Excellent research and investigative skills
  • Strong communication and outreach abilities
  • Experience in agency or in-house recruiting (nice to have)
  • Familiarity with advanced sourcing techniques (Boolean, X-ray search, etc.) (nice to have)
  • Experience working with startups or fast-paced environments (nice to have)
