Job Type: Full-time, long-term contractor

Compensation: $1,200 - $1,800 USD

We're seeking a strategic Klaviyo Specialist & Shopify Administrator to drive email marketing excellence and optimize our e-commerce operations. This mid-senior level role combines advanced email automation with comprehensive Shopify management to boost online sales and brand awareness. You'll develop sophisticated marketing flows, analyze campaign performance, and collaborate with our marketing team to ensure brand consistency. The position also encompasses backend Shopify administration, merchandising optimization, and TikTok Shop integration. This is an opportunity for a proactive professional to make a significant impact on our growing consumer goods brand.

We're looking for a strategic thinker who brings proactive recommendations rather than just maintaining existing systems. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to long-term growth while adapting seamlessly to our flexible schedule environment and evolving brand needs.

• Build and optimize advanced email marketing flows to increase online sales and brand awareness
• Develop comprehensive email marketing strategies and automation workflows
• Analyze campaign performance and provide data-driven recommendations for optimization
• Manage Shopify backend operations including merchandising optimization and product organization
• Integrate and optimize TikTok Shop functionality to expand sales channels

Requirements

  • Advanced proficiency in Klaviyo, including complex flow creation, segmentation strategy, and automation optimization
  • Experience building comprehensive email marketing ecosystems beyond standard abandoned cart and welcome flows
  • Mid- to senior-level experience in direct-to-consumer (DTC) e-commerce marketing
  • Hands-on experience managing and optimizing the Shopify backend, including product organization for 250+ SKUs
  • Strong understanding of Shopify product listings, collections, tags, filters, and site structure
  • Experience setting up and integrating TikTok Shop with e-commerce platforms
  • Strong English communication skills for collaboration with U.S.-based marketing teams
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
